QUICKQ TERMS

QuickQ Service Rules and Conditions

QuickQ Terms of Service govern the website, software and related services provided by Airui Technology Co., Ltd. Using or installing QuickQ means accepting the applicable service conditions, while account registration rules can also be read together with the Sign-up agreement.

QuickQ Service Scope

QuickQ covers website, software, application and network-service access. Actual scope, speed, location and quality can vary.

QuickQ Terms apply to the website, software and services made available to users. The Terms state that actual service scope, network speed, server location and service quality may change, so product descriptions should not be read as a permanent guarantee that a specific server, route or third-party service will be available at a particular time.

Paid features, server-location selection, device use and other Premium Service options should be confirmed from the purchase flow and the rights actually attached to the account. QuickQ may adjust service features and options over time.

QuickQ may enforce usage or service restrictions, suspend service or block certain types of use to protect users or the service. Availability may also be affected by maintenance, third-party failures, transmission, equipment, network limitations, interference or signal conditions.

QuickQ Accounts and Login Credentials

QuickQ users are responsible for protecting usernames, passwords and the service from unauthorized use.

QuickQ Terms require users to protect their username and password and make the account holder responsible for operations performed on QuickQ servers through those credentials. If credentials may have been exposed or the account shows suspicious activity, change the password and contact [email protected].

The current public Terms do not define a “one person, one account” rule or a fixed household-sharing model. Account and device use should therefore be understood from the purchased service rights, while login credentials should not be disclosed or used in ways that expose the account to unauthorized access.

Account registration and conduct rules can be read together with the Sign-up agreement, while current paid-service rights should be confirmed from the active account and purchase information.

QuickQ Premium Service, Cancellation and Refunds

QuickQ may offer paid Premium Services, with features and options displayed before purchase and subject to later change.

Price, billing period, promotion, currency, payment channel and device rights should be confirmed during the purchase flow. The public Terms do not make a particular price list or payment method a permanent contractual term.

QuickQ’s current Cancellation and Refund Policy states that refunds are not offered. The Terms note that ISP conditions, location, network restrictions, settings and other factors can produce suboptimal performance, and QuickQ does not provide financial compensation for those performance issues.

Premium Service features and options may change after purchase. Questions about a specific order, promotion, payment issue or account entitlement should therefore be resolved from the actual purchase information and account status rather than from assumptions not stated in the Terms.

QuickQ Service Availability and Network Performance

QuickQ does not guarantee fixed speed, fixed server availability or uninterrupted performance on every network.

The Terms state that QuickQ may be affected by emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission, equipment or network problems and limitations, interference and signal strength. Service may therefore be interrupted, denied, restricted or reduced.

Network speed is described in the Terms as an estimate. Actual speed can vary because of configuration, compression, congestion and other network factors, and the accuracy or timeliness of transmitted data is not guaranteed.

QuickQ Lawful and Reasonable Use

QuickQ is not provided for criminal activity, and users must follow applicable law and the service’s reasonable-use rules.

The Terms prohibit spam, port scanning, scanning open proxies or open relays, unsolicited or bulk email and attacks against computers or networks. Hacking, cracking, virus distribution, fraud, network sabotage, phishing and other illegal or unwanted behavior may result in suspension or termination.

QuickQ does not publish a fixed per-user bandwidth or data cap, but use is subject to reasonable use. Automated or manual VPN sessions that simulate bots, impose excessive network load, or consume bandwidth far above average users in a way that affects others may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination.

QuickQ Software, Updates and Ownership

QuickQ Terms address both future software updates and ownership of the service and its elements.

QuickQ and the service are owned by Airui Technology Co., Ltd. The Terms identify visual interfaces, information, servers, products, software, graphics, text materials and other service elements as company property.

The Terms also reserve the right to install certificates and future updates. Software updates may affect compatibility, connection behavior or available features, so installation and update information should be checked against the current QuickQ client and service.

QuickQ Third-Party Services and Liability Boundaries

QuickQ may rely on third-party services and external network conditions that it does not fully control.

The Terms state that QuickQ may display advertising and may use third-party advertising services, and that users may also be subject to third-party service terms. QuickQ does not accept responsibility for third-party content represented through those services.

The current public Terms do not publish a fixed monetary liability cap tied to subscription fees. What they do state is that QuickQ is not responsible for lost, undelivered, delayed or misdirected data, information or pages caused by service interruptions or performance problems in communication services or networks.

QuickQ Agreement Changes and Contact

QuickQ Terms may be modified, changed or revised, and users are responsible for checking the current terms.

The current Terms state that Airui Technology Co., Ltd. may modify, change or revise the agreement and that QuickQ users are responsible for checking the terms regularly. Continued use should therefore be understood under the version in effect at that time.

For account, connection, paid-service or Terms questions, review the FAQ or contact [email protected]. The current public Terms do not name a specific arbitration provider, exclusive court or fixed dispute venue, so no additional forum is assumed here.

The Terms apply to QuickQ users who agree to comply with applicable law and to be legally bound by the service conditions. Users who do not accept the Terms should not continue using QuickQ.

Continue Using QuickQ
