QuickQ Download and Installation FAQ

QuickQ provides apps for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Simultaneous-device limits depend on the current QuickQ subscription plan.

Install the app, sign in to your QuickQ account, choose an available server location and establish the VPN connection.

Check the operating-system requirement, installer source and required VPN or network permissions. For desktop packages, verify the SHA256 value. If the issue continues, contact support at [email protected].

Use the listed App Store entry for iOS and the listed Google Play entry for Android. Before installing, confirm the application name, store listing and developer information.

The listed Windows package uses .exe, macOS uses .dmg and Linux uses .deb. Desktop packages can also be checked against the listed SHA256 values.

The same QuickQ account can be used across supported devices, subject to the simultaneous-device limit of the selected subscription plan.

QuickQ normally handles sign-in, server selection and VPN connection inside the app, so manual entry of traditional VPN server parameters is generally not required. Approve the operating-system VPN permission when prompted.
