QuickQ Account Registration and Use Agreement

QuickQ’s current login flow uses an email account and login password. Use an email address you can access, choose a strong password and avoid automated or abusive registration or login behavior that places unnecessary load on the service.

You should only create or use an account if you can legally accept the QuickQ Terms and comply with applicable law. If local law imposes age, contract-capacity or network-service restrictions, those requirements also apply.

Account use must remain consistent with lawful and permitted network activity. QuickQ’s Terms state that the service is not provided for criminal acts and prohibit hacking, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, network sabotage and other illegal or unwanted conduct.

QuickQ’s Terms require users to protect their username and password and make the account holder responsible for operations performed on QuickQ servers with those credentials. If you notice suspicious access or believe credentials were exposed, change the password and contact support at [email protected].

Do not send a full password, verification code or other sensitive credential in ordinary support messages. Check the destination and purpose of any request before entering account information or allowing remote access to a device.

QuickQ includes website, software and VPN network services. Its Terms state that actual service scope, speed, location and quality may vary and may be affected by maintenance, third-party service failures, transmission, equipment, network limitations, interference and signal conditions.

Paid features, server-location choices, device rights and other Premium Service options should be confirmed from the account and purchase flow. Temporary interruption, restriction or degraded performance can occur during maintenance or because of network conditions outside QuickQ’s control.

QuickQ’s Terms require users not to violate the laws of jurisdictions involved in the use of the service. Third-party websites, apps and online services continue to apply their own account, access and content rules.

QuickQ does not set a fixed per-user bandwidth or data cap, but use is subject to a reasonable-use policy. Automated or manual VPN sessions that simulate bots, impose excessive network load, or consume bandwidth far above normal-user averages in a way that affects others may be treated as unfair use.

• Using QuickQ for criminal activity, fraud, phishing or other conduct that violates applicable law
• Port scanning, scanning open proxies or relays, attacking computers or networks, DDoS, hacking, cracking or malware distribution
• Phishing for credentials, compromising systems or using QuickQ in a way that damages network or service security
• Creating automated or excessive VPN sessions that impose unreasonable load on the QuickQ network
• Attempting to bypass reasonable service restrictions or interfere with measures used to protect users and infrastructure
• Sending spam, unsolicited or mass email, or using the service for other activity prohibited by the current Terms

The Terms also identify hacking, virus distribution, network sabotage and other behavior considered illegal or unwanted as grounds for suspension or termination. Enforcement depends on the nature of the conduct and the risk to users or the service.

QuickQ’s Terms reserve the right to enforce usage or service restrictions, suspend service or block certain types of use to protect users or the service. Suspected improper or unfair use may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination.

Cancellation, refund and paid-service consequences are governed by QuickQ’s current Terms and the purchase conditions applicable to the account. The Terms currently state that refunds are not offered.

When a paid service expires or is terminated, access to paid features depends on the remaining account rights and current service status. Data and privacy questions continue to be governed by the Privacy policy, while paid-service and other contractual matters remain subject to the Terms of service.

QuickQ’s Terms state that the agreement may be modified, changed or revised and that users are responsible for checking the current terms. Account registration and use rules should therefore be read together with the Terms of service and the latest Privacy policy.
